Our target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and testing target for this public website and new OCM interfaces, while recognizing that legacy screens and third-party content may not yet meet every criterion. This statement is not a representation that every page or workflow currently conforms.
Practices
- Semantic headings, labels, landmarks, status messages, and meaningful link text.
- Keyboard access, visible focus, sufficient contrast, text resizing, and support for common assistive technologies.
- Text alternatives and captions where media conveys information.
- Automated checks combined with keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, and human review for important workflows.
- Accessibility review when building or materially changing customer-facing features.
Known limitations and third parties
Some legacy OCM administration screens, customer-authored documents, imported content, and third-party authentication, payment, document, or communications interfaces may present barriers. We prioritize issues that block authentication, intake, case access, core work, purchasing, or support. A customer remains responsible for accessibility of content and customizations it creates, while we will work with the customer on product-level barriers.
Request help or report a barrier
Email alex@clarkmanagementconsulting.com with the page or workflow, the barrier encountered, device and assistive technology if you wish to provide them, and a preferred contact method. Do not include confidential client information. We will acknowledge the report and work to provide the information or function through an accessible alternative while investigating a durable fix.
